We are Owl in the Wood. Based on the stunning Sussex coast, we are a small artisan business, specialising in crafting beautiful, handmade wooden products. Using high-quality, sustainable wood, we create a range of unique items, including charcuterie boards, serving trays and chopping boards — each one designed with both beauty and functionality in mind.

To ensure the longevity and durability of our products, we make our own custom board butter, a natural blend that helps preserve and protect the wood while enhancing its rich, organic look.
